Ústav živočišné fyziologie a genetiky AV ČR, v. v. i. se sídlem Rumburská 89, Liběchov, PSČ 277 21, IČO 67985904, tímto dle zákona č. 171/2023 Sb., o ochraně oznamovatelů, informuje o možnostech podat oznámení o možném protiprávním jednání vztahujícím se k němu jakožto povinnému subjektu a umožňuje toto oznámení podat prostřednictvím vnitřního oznamovacího systému, případně Ministerstva spravedlnosti České republiky.
Institute of Animal Physiology and Genetics CAS, with headquarters at Rumburská 89, Liběchov, ZIP code 277 21, ID number 67985904, hereby, in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, informs about the possibilities to file a notification about a possible illegal actions relating to him as a mandatory entity and enables this notification to be submitted via the internal notification system, or the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.
Ústav živočišné fyziologie a genetiky AV ČR, v. v. i. přijímá oznámení o možném protiprávním jednání, tato oznámení posuzuje a v případě jejich relevantnosti zavádí opatření k jejich odstranění i prevenci. K řešení těchto otázek pověřil příslušnou osobu.
Institute of Animal Physiology and Genetics CAS accepts notifications of possible illegal actions, assesses these notifications and, if relevant, implements measures to eliminate and prevent them. He assigned the appropriate person to deal with these issues.
Právní úpravu této oblasti stanoví zákon č. 171/2023 Sb., o ochraně oznamovatelů.

Oznamovatelem protiprávního jednání je osoba, která u Ústavu živočišné fyziologie a genetiky AV ČR, v. v. i. vykonávala nebo vykonává práci nebo jinou obdobnou činnost, a to i zprostředkovaně, nebo osoba, která byla či je s Ústavem živočišné fyziologie a genetiky AV ČR, v. v. i. v kontaktu v souvislosti s výkonem práce nebo jiné obdobné činnosti.
The whistleblower is a person who has worked or is currently working at the Institute of Animal Physiology and Genetics CAS in connection with the performance of work or other similar activities.
Typicky se bude jednat o zaměstnance, uchazeče o zaměstnání ale i o dodavatele.
Typically, this will be employees, job applicants, but also suppliers.
Oznamovatel, jemu blízké osoby a osoby, které poskytly pomoc při zjišťování informací, které jsou obsahem oznámení, podání oznámení nebo posouzení jeho důvodnosti, a dále osoby, které jsou s oznamovatelem nějakým způsobem spojeny zejména v pracovním kontextu jsou zákonem č. 171/2023 Sb., o ochraně oznamovatelů, chráněny před odvetnými opatřeními.
The whistleblower, persons close to him and persons who provided assistance in finding out information that is the content of the notification, submission of the notification or assessment of its reasonableness, as well as persons who are connected to the whistleblower in some way, especially in the work context, are subject to Act No. 171/ 2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, protected from retaliatory measures.

Podání oznámení profiprávního jednání je možné v listinné podobě do schránky příslušné osoby. V písemnosti by měla být uvedena identifikace oznamovatele, aby jej mohla příslušná osoba následně kontaktovat, a popis oznamovaného protiprávního jednání. Oznámení profiprávního jednání je možné provést telefonicky při hovoru s příslušnou osobou. Telefonický rozhovor je možný na základě předchozí žádosti oznamovatele u příslušné osoby - zaslání SMS zprávy - na jejímž základě bude příslušná osoba oznamovatele kontaktovat. S obsahem oznámení bude seznámena pouze příslušná osoba.

A telephone conversation is possible on the basis of the whistleblowers previous request to the relevant person - sending an message - on the basis of which the relevant person will contact the whistleblower. Only the relevant person will be informed of the content of the notification.

S obsahem oznámení bude seznámena pouze příslušná osoba.
Notification of wrongdoing is possible orally by direct contact with the relevant person, who records the content of the notification. A personal discussion is possible based on the whistleblowers prior request to the appropriate person, who will arrange the personal meeting and its location with the whistleblower.
